Life speaks to me

Today, I thought I would talk about how I became aware of a couple statements I had been saying to myself over the years that were apparently holding me back from manifesting my dream. Once I was aware of what I had been thinking/saying to myself, life opened and granted me an opportunity that sprung my efforts forward.

I realized I had spent most of my career in private practice saying to myself, "I wish I did not have to make a living doing what I do." I feel honored to share the lives of the people for whom I work and serve. I am passionate about the healing that occurs in my office. Because I love what I do, I constantly find myself taking 1 to 3 extra sliding scale clients (I already offer 3 hours per week) and putting myself in a financial situation where I am bringing in enough money for the overhead but not enough for me to get paid.

As I pondered the impact of that thought, I realized I had also spent most of my career in private practice saying to myself, "I wish I had a business I could grow and make money so that I was free to practice my healing without pressure on the practice to support my lifestyle." I thoroughly enjoy my business mind. Apparently, it is a strength because many have hired me over the years to further their business ideas.

As those two thoughts were coming together clearly in my mind, my partner, J, asked me, "why do you go to work?" I couldn’t think of anything to say other than "to heal" or "to help others master their lives." J looked at me as if I had no head, "We work to earn money!" I got it! I realized I had probably kept my practice in a situation where I always had too many sliding-scale clients. I had not honored the fact that my passion is also my work. In fact, I had separated the two concepts in my thinking even though I "thought" I was running the practice like a business.

Immediately following that bit of clarity, in a matter of days, I was approached by three friends, all of whom are millionaires, wanting me to join a business that would give me the financial freedom I need to continue doing what I love. I got it, again! I signed up and THEN listened. I found that I had just stepped into a win-win business with a structure that suited my life and my belief system!!

As I have stepped into this new business, I have experienced miracles. I have stepped outside my comfort zone, comfortably! Things in my life have started to blossom and grow. Clients who have been full rate have called to work on another aspect of mastery in their lives. My practice is booked for the next 2 weeks. Mail brought insurance payments that we haven't seen in almost 4 weeks. By opening my mind and expanding my area of comfort doors opened and gifts were attracted into my life.

This is just one example of how I have read the synchronicity in my life and surrendered into it, thereby experiencing greater opportunity to move further into my dreams.

Opening Statement of Welcome

Welcome! I am Kristen Bomas. I teach life mastery.

Are you living in a state of worry and fear? Do you feel extreme pain when there is loss in your life? Would you like to live your life in a state of grace without worry and fear?

This blog is an accounting of the events that occur in my day-to-day living along with the interactions I share with others. I have developed a theory for learning to master life. I live what I teach and I live my life in a state of joy moving through the challenges of life as they present themselves. I love the endless possibilities this has brought to my life and want to share that freedom with you.

I share all of these experiences in my daily life in an effort to open my own life as a tool to be accessed by anyone who is interested in life mastery. I encourage everyone to interact with comments and questions as they relate to what you see in my life or your own. It is my dream that we all may learn and grow from this adventure upon which we are about to embark!
